To this end, we play an active role in guiding clients’ patent, copyright, trademark and trade dress development, acquisition, registration, licensing and enforcement approaches, strategies and goals.   This includes recording registered patents, copyrights and trademarks with Customs; reporting infringers to Customs; defending against Customs seizures of allegedly infringing products; trademark and patent monitoring; rendering infringement and validity opinions; protecting domain names; conducting intellectual property due diligence investigations in corporate mergers, sales and acquisitions; and devising website privacy and use policies, trade secret protections and unfair competition preventive measures.
